Model B52210 features a tungsten carbide insert with large pyramid-shaped teeth, which effectively crushes cartilage into a membranous-like tissue for repositioning. Model B52211 features semi-sharp ridges cut longitudinally into a tungsten carbide insert which cuts and folds the cartilage for reshaping and spreading.
